Mahelturk was created in 2005, the initial aim was to process waste from fish freezing factories. Subsequently, we acquired our own fishing pirogues, leading to the construction of a freezing fish factory (M.T AKDENIZ) in 2015, boasting a freezing capacity of 30t/d. In 2018-2019, our production tools evolved from pirogues to large boats, prompting an expansion of the complex. This expansion included the addition of a third fish meal production line and the tripling of the freezing fish factory's capacity to its current 180t/d.
